Privacy Policy

2 August 2026

This notice explains the processing of personal data when visiting ki-bibel.com.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. According to the hosting dashboard, the origin server is configured in France. IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser, operating system and data volume may be processed for secure and stable delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with Hostinger; depending on enabled features, CDN, support, backup and subprocessors may be involved. Logs are erased or anonymised under the actually configured periods; longer retention is limited to a specific security/abuse case or legal obligation.

Cookies, analytics and external content

The site sets no first-party cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking service. Fonts, scripts, images and videos are served locally. Ordinary external links connect to the destination only after you actively open them; its privacy policy then applies.

Contact by email

When you email us, your address, message and necessary metadata are processed to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual/contractual matters and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). The mailbox is managed with Google Workspace. General inquiries are normally erased no later than twelve months after the last substantive reply unless contractual, evidentiary or statutory duties require longer storage.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection and may withdraw consent for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority; in Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority at dsb.gv.at.
